II . BE BALLET FIT CLASSES - Detox your mind !
The Be Ballet Fit is a unique elegance, posture and fitness program for women, fusing the highly developed aesthetic nature of ballet training, with a mind body connection necessary to retain a wonderful & attractive outline.No previous ballet experience necessary. These classes combine Pilates & Franklin Methods, Cardio & Physio, Yoga & Stretching.
III. CLASSICAL BALLET CLASSES Detox your mind too
Regular training in ballet technique, with an optional introduction to pointe work provided at the end of each class.
